At NSW Health Pathology, we are creating better health and justice systems. We are currently undertaking our largest digital health transformation initiative to date, which will improve the way we provide patient care, as well as how we provide forensic and analytical science services to help solve crimes. The Fusion Program's Change, Training and Communications Team supports the brilliant teams working in NSW Health Pathology across the state in a diverse range of specialties, many of which are leaders in their respective fields. What we can offer you Accrued Days Off in addition to Annual Leave Generous salary packaging options and other fringe benefits Corporate wellbeing programs, including the Fitness Passport Learning and development opportunities, including in-house training with RTO My Health Learning What you'll be doing As part of the Fusion Program, the Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) within the Fusion Program meet ‘human objectives’ by increasing employee adoption and usage.Fusion is a comprehensive program of work that aims to standardise, streamline and integrate pathology services over the next five years.The primary focus of the role is to develop and undertake change management interventions that maximise adoption of ICT solutions within the Fusion Program through support and engagement of our people. The Change Manager will also assist in identifying communication needs for the Projects which they support, and training needs required to ensure successful adoption.The role will also provide support to our people including front-line managers and supervisors as they help their teams adopt new technologies and ways of working.The Fusion Program's Change, Training and Communication Team is supportive, inclusive and people-focused in their approaches to change management. Apply now by addressing the following questions: Demonstrated experience in leading change management and business process improvement and an established history of successful project delivery. Demonstrated experience in applying a structured change management approach and methodology, developing change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. Demonstrated good understanding of change management and quality improvement methodologies and demonstrated ability to meet objectives within stated project timeframes. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal. Demonstrated experience in a range of IT-based applications to bolster and support change management initiatives. These include proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and some knowledge of Power BI applications would be an asset.
