We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Change Manager to drive initiatives across people, processes, and systems with experience in HRIS, HCM, or ERP projects. The ideal person will be proactive, who can engage stakeholders, ensure seamless adoption, and facilitate effective change management strategies that maximise project success. Key Skills and Experience Required: 7+ years experience as a Change Manager Must have experience driving change across HRIS, HCM, or ERP related projects Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset Experience with change methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar Previous experience working in financial services highly regarded Oracle HCM experience would be a bonus Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills This is an initial engagement until 30th June 2025, with the possibility of extension.
