You will be a dynamic and commercially savvy HRIS Implementation Change Manager with exceptional collaboration and influencing skills to bring the organisation on a transformative journey. Lead the change management of TLC’s new HRIS which includes rostering, time and attendance and payroll. We are mid-way through the build and now in the testing phase – so you will be skilled in influencing a mindset to troubleshoot all possible scenarios to ensure a seamless delivery 1 July 2025. Based at our stunning Head Office on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park, you will report directly to the CHRO and CIO. What you’ll be doing Lead the change and project management for UKG Ready (Kronos) implementation Partner closely with a broad range of key stakeholders during and post implementation Ensure the testing phase sets the product launch for success Manage the UKG partnership Continue momentum and deliver the program to its successful completion Ensure go live objectives are clearly communicated and agreed with stakeholders Responsible for continuous product improvement and education post implementation About you 5+ years experience in leading change management, preferably of a HRIS Understanding of multiple EBAs and awards Experience in healthcare desirable Expertise of the requirements to achieve well managed implementations Commercially savvy Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills An ability to work in a dynamic environment in an evolving business What you’ll need Eligibility to work in Australia What we offer Free onsite buffet and chef cooked breakfast every Monday and Friday Program of employee and wellbeing initiatives Exclusive TLC Employee Shopping Portal access and receive significant wholesale discounts on everyday items Employee Assistance Program Discounted health insurance Free gym membership Novated leasing TLC Healthcare operate on a direct sourcing model and request agencies to respect no unsolicited contact for vacancies advertised.
