About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'. About the Role Reporting to the Director User Experience - 308 La Trobe St Project, the Change and Communications Lead will provide specialist expertise and work collaboratively with internal project teams and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of the change management program. The position will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to minimise resistance, facilitate a successful transition, and ensure the effective relocation of operations to the new venue. This includes developing work instructions, information guides, and content for a variety of audiences, as well as content management on digital wayfinding channels for public users, along with coordinating efforts to support the smooth integration of the existing workforce and services into the new environment. About You To fulfil the responsibilities of this role, you will have demonstrated experience in delivery of change management initiatives, including development of work instructions, information guides and content for a variety of audiences.
