Channel Account Manager, Mobility (Healthcare) Paddington, Australia | Posted on 11 / 19 / 2024 The primary role of the Channel Manager Mobility is to build and develop a portfolio of resellers that specialise in selling Mobility into Healthcare specifically nationally (approximately 70% of the time) while also engaging with End Customers to support opportunity development (approximately 30% of the time) across Australia. This position will strategically drive the growth of our Mobility business in Healthcare by engaging with existing and new Channel Partners. This role will also include end customer engagement to generate opportunity and demand. As a Channel Manager, this position will work closely and collaborate with all facets of the Wavelink internal functional areas to deliver value to newly onboarded and existing channel partners. The position requires an understanding of mobility, competitive conditions, industry practices, key channel routes to market, market opportunities and customer requirements. The Channel Account Manager should have the competency to inspire and create excitement with channel partners and End Customers. The Channel Account Manager must be able to balance both short term goals with a longer-term vision and have a clear sense for how they will grow and deliver the Wavelink value proposition over the next several years. This person will be supported by a team of experienced experts across enablement, solutions architect, service delivery & marketing just to name a few. Responsibilities include: Identify synergy and go-to-market activities in a collaborative approach with internal sales teams Drive partners to lead with Wavelink Mobility and help with finding new opportunities in the market Target new partners and drive relationships Implement the sales strategy, plan day to day business development operations for Mobility Engage End Customers, from Clinical to Senior leadership levels around key use cases and solutions Work closely with Marketing to drive investment into impactful programs and initiatives Develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities and ensuring the partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer outcomes Build a plan for revenue, partner enablement and growth for key partners Proactively recruit partners in the southern region Qualifications include: 3+ years experience selling into the Healthcare sector primarily Mobility or similar IT solutions Proven skills in demand generation, partner sales enablement, forecasting, strategy development, short-term, mid-term, and long-term business planning Demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding targets Experience in influencing development of sales and marketing programs Ability to understand the partner’s requirements and align to the Wavelink product offerings Superior negotiation and multi-tasking skills Results oriented with strong motivation to building a successful territory High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm Well-developed networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of individuals Excellent communicator & team player with a “can-do” attitude This role will be based in either our office in Hawthorn, VIC with the flexibility of work from home arrangements.
