We are seeking a full time Chef, Cook, and also a Pastry Cook. To be considered for these roles, you must have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience working as a Cook, Chef or Pastry Cook, and a valid commercial cookery qualification. It's Important That You Can Also Demonstrate: Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment The ability to work in a fast paced environment without direct supervision Strong attention to detail Consistency producing high quality food and plating Exceptional communication skills Creative flair and passion for food Flexible 'can-do' attitude Responsibilities Will Include: Ensuring dishes are well presented Setting up work stations - preparing ingredients and cooking equipment Monitoring stock and making orders during shortages Cooking food using various utensils Keeping a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment Checking quality of ingredients Maintains a clean and organised workstation throughout the day, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards We are also looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karratha in a full time role.
