Chief Executive - South Australia - Creative Scotland Job Title: Chief Executive About the Role: The Chief Executive will lead strategic development, embedding the Fringe Society as a vital cultural asset, and provide inspirational leadership to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. This is an open platform for individuals, collectives, and micro-businesses with a shared vision to give anyone a stage and everyone a seat. Key Responsibilities: Provide inspirational leadership to support the Board of Directors Recruit and manage the senior leadership team Support staff to deliver the Society's vision and objectives Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Annual Leave: 34 days including six public holidays Requirements: A strategic leader with experience in fostering a vital cultural asset and inspiring a team to deliver its vision.
