The Role We're seeking a dynamic and strategic leader as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. As CFO, you'll oversee the financial strategy, financial operations, and performance of the fund. You'll lead the delivery of financial modelling, reporting, and investment operations to support the fund's growth, ensuring long-term financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities Lead the financial strategy for Brighter Super, ensuring alignment with member outcome goals and long-term sustainability. Develop and implement a three-year rolling financial plan that includes accurate financial modelling and scenario analysis. Deliver accurate and timely statutory financial reporting to regulatory bodies while maintaining robust internal controls and financial reporting frameworks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
