This role will lead a diverse team across Capital and Infrastructure, Recreation and Leisure, and the Operations Centre, taking an innovative approach to providing essential services. This position plays a pivotal role in embedding a continuous improvement mindset and building a culture of safety, innovation, and customer-centricity across the Council. To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified engineer with proven experience leading operations or infrastructure functions to deliver exceptional results. You will demonstrate executive-level experience within a service delivery environment, whether in Local Government, State Government, Utilities, Consultancy, or another aligned sector.
