Chief Operations & Infrastructure Officer A pivotal executive leadership role for Council, contributing to the look and feel of the region through exceptional project and service delivery. The Role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operations & Infrastructure Officer will provide leadership and strategic direction across a Directorate focused on providing exceptional service delivery and outcomes to the community. Main Responsibilities Lead a diverse team across Capital and Infrastructure, Recreation and Leisure, and the Operations Centre Take an innovative approach to providing essential services for the community Contribute to broader organisational strategy and culture E Embed a continuous improvement mindset and build a culture of safety, innovation, and customer-centricity Requirements To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Engineer with proven experience leading an Operations or Infrastructure function to deliver exceptional results.
