Job Description: The company is a fast-growing Web3 startup seeking a visionary CTO with a strong Web3 background to lead their technical strategy and development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with major Web3 companies and a deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and on-chain technologies. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Define and implement the company's technical strategy to align with business goals. Blockchain Development: Oversee the design and development of blockchain-based solutions, including smart contracts, decentralized applications, and tokenomics. Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team. Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and other stakeholders to drive the product roadmap and innovation. Stay Current: Keep the team updated on Web3 trends and emerging technologies. Requirements Proven experience at a major Web3 company (e.g., Ethereum ecosystem, Binance, Solana, etc.). Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and DeFi protocols. Proficient in Solidity, Rust, or similar smart contract languages. Excellent communication skills in English.
