As our CTO, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, leading all aspects of our technology function as a core part of the leadership team. Key Responsibilities Shape and execute our technology vision and strategy, aligning it with our mission to revolutionise the digital healthcare delivery Help drive top-level company strategy to create the future of digitally native health care and grow a strong business Design and evolve our technical architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability Lead R&D efforts and foster a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams that drive exceptional results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with product roadmaps Spearhead our cybersecurity strategy to protect sensitive healthcare data Drive technological innovation while managing resources effectively What you’ll bring to the role: Proven track record in building and launching secure, scalable technology applications Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, mobile development, dev ops, and data security Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and inspiring technology teams Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for any audience Strategic and business mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps Experience in managing technology budgets and understanding financial implications Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes Why join Mindset Health?
