We have a reputation for excellent ongoing psychological care for children and adolescents all throughout the Illawarra and South Coast. We focus on a supportive, collaborative and autonomous working environment to not only look after our diverse range of clients but to ensure we sustain our enjoyment working with them. We love to be innovative and grow as psychologists where we integrate creativity into the therapy room from using lego, building blocks, drawing, arts and crafts, sandplay and games. This allows us to create a warm engaging environment for kids and adolescents to grow and thrive. Why you will love working for us: Support from our Principal Psychologist & Admin: Our Principal Psychologist has over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents across out-of-home settings, schools and private practice. They have also had many years experience leading a clinical team in a private practice and school environment. They are ready to support, guide and collaborate with you. We also have a wonderful experienced administration team that will help with getting you set up, help communication with new and existing clients and support any queries you may have. Work life balance: Take the reins on your own career and where you can manage a sustainable caseload. You can start at 8am and finish by 2:30pm or if you work best in the afternoons you can have the morning to yourself and begin later in the day. Choose a work schedule that works for you! We also have contractor and employee roles available for you to choose from to ensure you choose what is right for you. What we are looking for in you: Full AHPRA registration as a psychologist or mental health social worker Passionate about helping children and adolescents thrive, having an impactful difference in the lives of children and their families Take a holistic approach by also working with their families, schools and other healthcare providers including NDIS, private and medicare clients Current Working with Children’s Check, eligible for Medicare provider number and full Australian Working Rights Have a positive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development We also encourage early career psychologists (provisional or newly registered) who have a passion in growing and working with children and adolescents to apply.
