Due to this continual company growth, we are currently seeking a stellar Site Supervisor to join our growing team. To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Site Supervisor in Civil Construction and will be familiar with the responsibilities and performance requirements for this role. You will exercise your skills and knowledge using various systems, materials and/or specialised techniques and will be required to coordinate resources managing time, forward planning and organising programmed works. Role includes: Driving civil projects from start to finish. Hands on role when necessary, including machine operation and setting out projects. Will be responsible for your own crew of operators / labourers to manage. Supervising concrete, bitumen and line marking subcontractors. Overseeing WHS and QA requirements on site. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the relevant codes and standards. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess the following attributes: Previous project delivery experience in carparks, building pads, paving prep, roads, earthworks, sub divisions & storm water. Experience in bobcat and excavator and operation of loader, grader an advantage. Ability to interpret construction drawings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
