As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Construction Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the smooth execution of multiple prestigious residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various projects, from overseeing trades and subcontractors to ensuring that each build is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence in bespoke residential construction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the construction of high-end, bespoke residential extensions and renovations, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and client specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with design documents. Liaise with clients to ensure effective communication and address any concerns or queries promptly and professionally. Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety and building regulations on all job sites, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Provide regular progress reports to the Building Manager and key stakeholders, including addressing any issues that may arise during construction. Foster strong relationships with new and existing suppliers and tradespeople, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve potential defects before they escalate. About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: A trade qualification in the building industry, along with a current Building Works Supervisor license. Proven experience supervising high-end residential projects, particularly extensions and renovations. A strong understanding of architectural plans and the ability to interpret complex construction documentation. Extensive knowledge of building codes, industry regulations, and the latest construction techniques and methodologies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A solution-focused attitude and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues. A genuine passion for creating beautiful, bespoke homes that stand the test of time. White Card (mandatory for all construction site supervisors). First Aid certification is preferred but not required. Any additional certifications or licenses related to the building industry, such as working at heights, scaffolding, or a high-risk work license, would be an advantage.
