Job Description

We are currently seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor and a Project Surveyor to join our team. These key roles are site-based, working closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Civil Construction Supervisor As a Civil Construction Supervisor , you will lead site teams, working alongside the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site-based project teams. Oversee major earthworks, road pavements, and structural works. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards. Interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications. Manage timeframes and project budgets effectively. About You: Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction supervision. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to work within tight deadlines. A passion for career progression within an industry-leading company. Project Surveyor As a Project Surveyor , you will provide survey services for construction projects, including setout, as-constructed surveys, and control point installations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct construction setout and as-constructed surveys. Produce reports for as-con surveys, progress claims, and other survey-related items. Create machine control files in various formats. Install and audit survey control points. Ensure quality, safety, and environmental procedures are followed. About You: Preferred 5 years’ experience in civil construction surveying. Registered Surveyor preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in Civil CAD software, GPS, and Total Station. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
