Key Responsibilities: This is a senior role with a large property developer. Ability to develop site programs and regimented monitoring of projects is a must. Ability to procure authority approvals and completion certificates. Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover. Oversee financial control, reporting, and budget management throughout project life cycle, ensuring projects are completed on time. Implement effective project management strategies, including risk management, cost control, and resource allocation. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Full life cycle project management of civil infrastructure work across strong pipelines and other civil-based projects ranging from $500k to $50+ million. Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, government agencies, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery, driving construction teams and subcontractors for results on-site. Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards on-site, strictly implementing all WHS requirements. Provide strategic input to enhance efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes. Manage the commercial aspects of the project, including proposal/contract review, contract management, and scope variations. Raising and lodging customer claims as required. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and addressing any concerns promptly. About You: Proven experience within the civil space, particularly residential. Proven track record of delivering projects. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Great knowledge of all WHS requirements. Proficiency in programming, cost forecasting, and resource allocation. Demonstrated skill in subcontractor engagement, management, and performance oversight. Why Join Us?
