We’re looking for passionate, compassionate professionals to fill multiple full-time 12-month contract roles within one of our collaborative Claims Manager teams. Play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, offering reassurance and support to landlords when it matters most. Your Role at Suncorp As a Claims Manager, you'll: Manage Multiple Claims : Oversee a portfolio of cases, providing timely updates and clear communication to our customers. Review and Process Claims : Work with customers to assess and settle claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Build Relationships : Cultivate positive, meaningful connections with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service : Engage with customers empathetically and provide ongoing support, ensuring they’re informed every step of the way.
