We are looking for Beauty Therapists and Consultants based in Melbourne. The Role: We are looking for a Beauty Therapist to work in our Myer Melbourne counter, approximately 20 hours per week , with the ability to flex up during key promotional periods. We want to hear from Beauty Therapists who are passionate about beauty services and working within a luxury environment. We are looking for people who know how to provide exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele, be a Clarins brand ambassador, and work at exciting events. You Have: You are a customer service star, always focusing on the customer and their needs to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience. Digitally savvy, using our iPads to capture customer data, send out communications, and to use as a training tool. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Comfortable using touch to demonstrate our luxury products to our customer base. Ability to work well within a team and towards KPIs.
