Ultraceuticals | Qualified Beauty Therapist | Bourke St Exciting new opportunity for a Qualified Beauty Therapist to join our David Jones Bourke Street Counter Team! 30 - 35 hours per week About the Role Bourke St is our Flagship Counter in the heart of Melbourne! It’s one of our larger Counters and offers clients the full Ultraceuticals treatment menu, including signature treatments and peels. As a Qualified Beauty Therapist, you will be providing clients with the highest level of customer service and education, conduct quality beauty treatments as well as meeting KPIs and sales targets whilst being up to date with new products and changes in the industry. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, is highly self-motivated and has experience, preferably in a department store environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide client advice, education and consultation on Ultraceuticals products Maintain the highest level of product knowledge Deliver excellent customer service in line with Ultraceuticals service model Recommend suitable Ultraceuticals products and treatments to target client concerns and needs Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs Conduct Ultraceuticals treatments onsite Be an exceptional Ultraceuticals Brand ambassador Our Ideal Beauty Therapist A team player! Track record in achieving sales targets and meeting and exceeding KPIs Exceptional customer service ability Positive attitude and self-motivation, with a passion to achieve sales targets Ability to work weekends, public holidays and late-night trade according to the business needs Experience and understanding of cosmeceutical grade products and treatments would be advantageous What's on Offer Above award hourly rate Attractive and generous commission structure Extensive and ongoing product and sales training, on counter and formal classroom and online education Ultraceuticals Signature Facial Treatment training Awesome product allowances and staff discounts Positive and supportive team culture Set roster to allow for flexibility and work-life balance Please Note: A Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma qualification is required for this position as professional recommendations and beauty room treatments are key points of difference for Ultraceuticals.
