If you thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced setting, this is the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact.The Responsibility As the Client Experience Lead, you will:Oversee and manage all aspects of Guest Relations, ensuring a first-class experience for visitors and staff. Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality. Manage the seamless operation of client-facing spaces, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming. Oversee all on-site events and engagement activities, offering creative and cost-effective solutions. Work closely with key stakeholders and vendors to deliver premium service and hospitality experiences. Drive sustainability initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement. The Expertise We’re looking for a people-focused leader with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospitality or client experience leadership role. Proven expertise in managing corporate client spaces, events, and food & beverage services, ideally within a corporate setting for at least 2 years; strong leadership and team development skills, and demonstrated prior management experience, with a passion for mentoring and inspiring others.
