We are currently recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities Relationship building with existing and new clients Writing proposals to meet each client’s specific needs Preparing & delivering presentations Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up Conducting virtual and in-person client meetings Networking, business development & achievement of targets Managing client projects & reviewing client needs Researching new business opportunities and tenders Skills/Personal Qualities Friendly person with excellent relationship-building and communication skills Excellent proposal writing skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Positive, flexible person responsible for achieving ambitious results Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a dynamic team Highly proficient in Microsoft Word & Power Point Education & Experience Proven experience in client-facing roles with excellent relationship-building skills and business development experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience Experience in Learning and Development or/and Coaching is important. Relevant Qualifications in one of the following: H.R. L&D, Business, Marketing, Coaching etc. Full clean car driving licence. Attractive OTE remuneration package.
