Consistently meet and/or exceed individual margin and volume targets, with a strong focus on book growth. Partner with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships. Manage relationships with clients, leveraging and aligning internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention. Requirements Previous experience in commercial lending. Passion for business development and a proven track record of success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Commercial Banking Specialist to join BOQ Specialist's team in Parramatta.
