This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the world of insurance broking. This entry-level role will involve providing support and assistance with all aspects of servicing of client insurance needs as required by senior staff members. Duties include: Supporting our Team with coordination of our key global corporate clients with their local risk transfer requirements and general broking service. Liaise with our clients, network partners and global offices on their insurance programs and assist in providing world class service that meets our clients' needs. Liaise with underwriters, critically review insurance placements and quotations, and always act in the best interests of your clients. Administrative assistance with policy processing, including premium calculation for renewals, adjustments and endorsements for new and existing business. Draft, prepare and process renewal declarations, reports, quotations, insurance manuals, Certificates of Currency, new business reports and quotations. To be successful in this role, you will need to: Be attentive to detail, with strong organisational skills. Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Be presentable, confident and professional. Possess interpersonal skills to build relationships and liaise with clients, the team, and senior management. It would be great if you had: Some level of customer service experience. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of insurance is an asset.
