Base pay range A$70,000.00/yr - A$75,000.00/yr We're on the lookout for a dynamic Client Service and Administration Specialist! Providing high-end office space fit for small teams, to growing SMEs they are THE place to grow your company. So, what is this role? Customer Service, Office and Marketing Administration. Customer Service: Greet members and guests at the front desk reception, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently. Engage and build relationships with members, offering them a thoughtful, tailored experience. Work with the team to ensure a high level of member satisfaction. Work to maintain occupancy by resolving potential membership issues, seeking upgrade and retention opportunities. Space Management and Admin: Work alongside Operations to maintain the quality of the space to a premium standard and improve all aspects. Assist with the maintenance of space stock and supply levels. Onboard members to platforms. Help with the coordination of team moves, arrivals, and departures. Sales and Marketing Assistance: Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate data, including pricing, brochures, and marketing materials. Support the preparation of proposals and membership agreements. Aid in organizing and maintaining sales documentation and promotional materials. Assist with keeping all online platforms up to date. Assisting the marketing team with developing social and digital marketing material.
