Role Description As a Client Services Administrator, your role will focus on solid administration support for our insurance team. The suitable applicant will possess strong organisational skills, having worked previously in an administrative capacity. You will be working in a rewarding team environment where you can grow and develop in an engaging, fast-paced and professional environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing client relationships as a first point of contact and taking ownership of client queries using your previous experience and knowledge Processing all requests for clients and advisers by appropriate deadlines Complete on-boarding of new clients, including underwriting support End-to-end administration service for our insurance clients, including direct contact with clients, providing status updates on all implementation and underwriting queries Claims management Contribute ideas to the ongoing improvement of processes and efficiencies. About You: Two years experience in a financial services administration role, ideally within an adviser’s office, with exposure to underwriting and/or claims. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Fin365 experience would be ideal. A proactive approach, with the ability to respond well under pressure. Excellent time management skills with a strong multi-tasking ability. Exceptional attention to detail. The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
