Client Services Assistant - Insurance Broking & Financial Planning Part-time applicants also encouraged to apply About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join Strelow Insurance & Wealth as a Client Services Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our insurance broking and financial planning teams, ensuring our clients receive a seamless and professional experience. What you'll be doing Manage client inquiries and requests efficiently and effectively Process new business, renewals, and policy changes Prepare and send client communication materials Maintain accurate client records and database information Assist with the preparation of insurance and financial planning documents Provide general administrative support to the broking and planning teams Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent client service What we're looking for Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word Experience in an insurance broking or financial planning environment preferred Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to your work What we offer At Strelow Insurance & Wealth, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
