Working alongside our amazing Director of Client Services, and broader team, this crucial hands-on role will support with delivering on our commitment to providing the very best quality of client care. As a Client Services Manager, you will take charge and support across the following key areas: Liaising with all stakeholders who require our services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service delivery. Leverage your industry connections and networks to build the client base and establish new referral channels. End to End onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and support for all Participants in your caseload. Oversee the planning, implementation, and coordination of NDIS services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Onboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - Including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc. About You This role is perfect for someone who is looking to advance their career within a progressive organisation, and is well established in the industry, able to hit the ground running by leveraging your knowledge, relationship building skills, and connections. Essential Requirements Proven experience in the NDIS sector, with a solid understanding of NDIS funding, planning, and service delivery models. Extensive networks and relationships with support coordinators, clients, providers, and other industry stakeholders. Self-starter who likes to leave things better than the way you find them. NDIS Worker Screening Check. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
