About the Role In this senior Client Services position, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our financial advisers and clients. From managing client onboarding and assisting with advice documentation, to coordinating meetings and ensuring compliance requirements are met and outcomes are implemented, your role is central to delivering the exceptional service this firm is known for. You’ll work closely with advisers and the broader team to streamline processes, enhance the client experience, and contribute to the overall success of the practice. About You We are looking for a seasoned Client Services professional who can hit the ground running and lead by example. Our ideal candidate has: 3+ years of experience in a client services or client manager role within the Financial Advice / Wealth Management industry (Australia). A proven ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently in a fast-paced setting – you’re able to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and keep everything on track for multiple advisers and clients. Excellent communication and client relationship skills – you take pride in providing friendly, professional service and building trust with clients. A proactive, solutions-focused approach – you anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and always look for ways to improve processes. Familiarity with financial advice processes and client management systems (experience with tools like Xplan or similar is a bonus). Why Join The Team?
