Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$105,000.00/yr A leading global bank is looking for a Client Services professional to join its Investment Banking team in Sydney. You will support Relationship Managers and Project Finance Originators with client onboarding, credit administration, KYC compliance, and deal execution. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist with client onboarding and ensure KYC compliance. Support deal execution with documentation and compliance tasks. Maintain internal systems and update client records. Coordinate with risk, legal, and operations teams. Manage deposit administration and database updates. Support account planning and ESG reviews. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of banking experience in client support or operations. Knowledge of corporate banking, credit administration, and KYC compliance. Strong administrative, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
