Potential sponsorship available.Your new role Do you have a strong technical understanding of M+E type projects with a technical project field such as data centres, hospitals, defence? Strong communication skills, able to manage design engineers, contractors and build relationships with clients? Tired of that builder life? Being bashed around, the stress, long hours, early site visits, getting home late? Working on behalf of a range of predominately private clients, you will be involved in managing a number of different construction projects, large scale to $200m buildings. From concept through to delivery you will be involved in managing the whole process. Managing a range of stakeholders, your role will be to make sure all are complying with the clients requirements; the Architects, contractors, all engineering disciplines.What you'll need to succeed Construction/Design/Engineering related degree 2- 6 years experience Strong stakeholder management skills, clear communication Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 engineering consultancy or contractor Project experience similar; $30m+ technical projects, hospitals, defence, data centres.
