Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome. The Role Our Client Support Team are responsible for answering all incoming calls and assisting with all call enquiries. By supporting clients, prioritising referrals and managing a centralised inbox, our Client Support Team Members play a pivotal role in connecting our clinics with our clients. Key responsibilities include: Providing consistent service following Kieser standards. Resolving or escalating client issues promptly. Ensuring consistent phone experience for all clients. Prioritising client service based on Mystery Shopping Results. Focusing on ongoing Client Service Clinic campaign(s). Making outbound calls when needed. Maintaining professional email correspondence with practitioners and clinics regarding bookings and appointments. If you are dedicated to delivering superior customer service, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for health and/or strength training, we want to hear from you! Full-time, part-time and casual applications will be considered for this opening. Qualifications & Certifications Required: Valid working rights in Australia. Year 12 or equivalent. Experience using software/systems. 1+ years reception/client service/call centre/customer service experience. Experience in medical, allied health or strength & conditioning industry.
