What We Expect from the Clinic Manager Team Leadership and Motivation: Provide clear guidance and performance expectations, encouraging the team to exceed individual and collective sales and treatment goals. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Implement effective performance metrics to monitor individual and clinic-wide sales performance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience that fosters loyalty. Front of House Assistance and Sales Closure: Be hands-on in assisting Front of House operations, including engaging with clients, answering queries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Process Adherence and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company processes, policies, and ethical standards. Performing Face and Body Treatments: Hands-on with treatments and clients with industry-leading technology. About You The ideal candidate will possess: A passionate beauty enthusiast who loves sharing knowledge. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Experience in management and/or sales (ideally in a beauty, clinic, retail, fitness, wellness, media, or customer-facing role - preferred but not essential).
