Job Description

Overview The Patient Service Representative is a high-level customer service position that is one of the first lines of communication within the department. The Patient Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that each customer, patient, and coworker is treated in a professional and friendly manner. The main responsibility is to answer phone calls and respond to requests from those calls. This individual may be assigned other projects as needed and is expected to complete the project within a certain timeframe. Company is an equal employment opportunity employer. Responsibilities Greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Appointment scheduling. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year experience in customer service. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred. Current BLS certificate.
