Clinical Care Manager - Aged Care Are you a dedicated Care Manager looking for a new career move to kick start 2025?Redstone are looking to speak with Care Managers to join a medium-sized provider in the Cairns Region.You will succeed in this role with the invaluable support of a seasoned Facility Manager and the unwavering backing of our exceptional head office team.Duties of the Role: Ensure adherence to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) policies and guidelines regarding nursing scope of practice. Supervise staff to deliver high-quality, individualized care to residents. Serve as a role model, collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing resident-focused care, and promptly addressing any concerns with the Facility Manager. Assist staff with assessments, treatment, documentation, and activities as needed. Maintain smooth clinical operations to meet resident care requirements and uphold standards.
