We now have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Facilitator, Reproductive and Neonatal Health to join our team at the Cairns Clinical School based in Cairns. ABOUT THE ROLE In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare professionals by providing expert guidance and support to students during their clinical placements. You will facilitate clinical learning experiences, ensuring students receive comprehensive training in reproductive and neonatal health. From antenatal care to delivery and postpartum support, you will guide them through hands-on practical experiences. As a liaison between the university and clinical settings, you will collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of theoretical knowledge and practical application.Through regular feedback sessions, you will provide constructive guidance to students, helping them identify areas for improvement and celebrate their achievements. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related healthcare field, along with relevant clinical experience in reproductive and neonatal health. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with diverse groups of students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.
