Key Responsibilities: Providing education, training, and professional development to clinical and non-clinical staff. Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, infection prevention, and other industry standards. About You Essential: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse. Current unencumbered Australian Driver’s Licence. Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (or willingness to obtain). Infection Prevention Control Lead Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in aged care nursing. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective education content. Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices. Proficiency in online learning platforms and the Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional organisational skills, including managing competing priorities.
