About this role This position is responsible for providing advanced, comprehensive and evidence-based nursing care to patients as part of the ICU multidisciplinary team. This includes: Working under the direction of the relevant Senior Registered Nurse(s). Practicing as a Clinical Nurse in keeping with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board Registration Standards and Nursing Practice Decision Making Flowchart. Upholding and functioning within the core values of the organisation of Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork & Integrity. Acting as a role model, providing leadership, support, team building and change management through respect, recognition and collaboration. This role reports to the Nurse Manager ICU.
