Clinical Nurse (Health Safety & Wellbeing) Position No: 00008263 Work Type: Fixed Term - Part Time, Permanent - Part Time Unit/Directorate: North Metropolitan Health Service > Staff Health Clinic / Health Safety and Wellbeing / People and Culture Are you an experienced nurse who wants to be a part of a team that supports and improves the health of its people and community? We are seeking applications from enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Nurses to provide high quality staff health services across the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS), in a supportive and collaborative team environment. We have 1 immediate vacancy: A) 1 x Permanent Part-Time at 0.4FTE (32 hours per fortnight) What is our Clinical Nurse role? The Clinical Nurse works closely with fellow Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) nurses and the broader staff health clinic and HSW team to ensure a high level of care is provided to staff working across NMHS. The role is primarily in an office environment, based from major NMHS sites including QEII Health campus at Nedlands, with clinics run throughout the day, such as the walk-in immunisation clinic. Services provided by the staff health clinic include pre-employment health assessment screening, staff vaccinations, health surveillance, and staff health & safety education and training. HSW nurses also support the NMHS health care worker occupational exposure management program, including triage, follow up, and reporting.
