What Your Day Will Look Like: As a Clinical Nurse in the Renal Unit, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, coordinating and delivering complex treatments for individuals with renal conditions. You'll lead by example, providing mentorship and guidance to the team while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Your day will involve developing care plans, solving clinical challenges, and driving quality improvement initiatives aligned with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. In partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll manage a quality portfolio and contribute to maintaining excellence in renal care, ensuring each patient receives the best outcomes possible.
