Clinical Nurse, Mental Health Hospital in the Home Mental Health Hospital in the Home is looking for a Clinical Nurse to join their team. The Mental Health Hospital in The Home program (MH-HITH) will provide hospital substitution care, offering inpatient assessment and treatment services outside the hospital setting for individuals experiencing acute episodes of mental illness. The objective of the program is to provide consumers with individualized assessment and treatment alongside a supportive framework for the family/carers in their own home to manage an acute mental health issue that otherwise required inpatient care. About the Role Lead a team in conjunction with a NG7/Line Manager to assist and support with the following activities: team shift coordination, performance management/review, change management, rostering/staffing, and workplace culture. Apply change management principles by providing support, guidance, mentoring, preceptorship, role modeling, and promoting cooperation and collaborative teamwork. Maintain the safety of recipients of healthcare services by identifying risk and undertaking safe work activities within the clinical practice environment.
