Apply now Job no: 502271Work type: Fixed TermLocation: South BrisbaneCategories: Clinical Nursing/Midwifery About the role Mater Private Hospital Brisbane’s busy Welcome Lounge & Day Procedure Unit is seeking a Clinical Nurse to take up a maximum term 12-month contract, 32 hours per week .This role offers the opportunity to utilise best practice in the delivery of quality nursing care to our patients while working with a dynamic and supportive nursing team in a purpose-built setting. Mater's Welcome Lounge & Day Procedure Unit will see you working within a range of areas including pre-operative waiting area, recovery bays and a discharge area, and the day surgery service. This unit forms a critical part of Mater Hospital Brisbane’s Surgical and Acute Nursing Services. Our exceptional nursing team are required to provide quality care across all of these areas, presenting opportunities and variety. As an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Nurse, you will use your experience and skills to provide quality care to patients who are admitted for day surgery and inpatient care, always ensuring excellent standards of nursing care and working closely with patients and their families ensuring they experience a sensitive, welcoming and friendly environment at all times.
