About the Role: The overall purpose of the Clinical Placement Officer is to provide coordination and provision of support for student placements across the College of Sport, Health, and Engineering. Primary responsibilities of the role include: Overseeing all pre-placement requirements for student clinical placements across college courses. Coordination, allocation, and monitoring of student placements in VUWIL (Work Integrated Learning) (InPlace). Provision of high-level customer service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders in relation to clinical placement management. An example of duties you may perform will include: Identifying placement readiness, eligibility, allocation of placement, and post-placement processing and reporting. Providing professional customer service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders relating to coordination and allocation of clinical placements. Managing day-to-day queries from students, Clinical Educators, and other external stakeholders relating to placement allocations and rostering with expediency, accuracy, and professionalism, referring more complex queries to more senior staff within the Clinical Learning Office, as required. This is a full-time position at an HEP 5, $75,328.90 - $86,527.46 plus 17% superannuation, classification working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week over a continuing contract period. About You: You will have worked in an administrative setting dealing with high volume data. You will have a strong commitment to customer service. You will enjoy completing tasks to a high standard and developing ideas for streamlining processes.
