About the Role The Clinical Trials Officer (CTO) is responsible for supporting the conduct of assigned clinical trials at Nucleus Network in accordance with HREC approved protocol and Nucleus Network standard operating procedures. The CTO will work closely with the Clinical Research Coordinators and Clinical Team Leaders (CTL) as a part of the study team, to assist in the effective running of each study in order to meet the sponsor expectations and project timelines. This role is an on-site role. Training in Good Clinical Practice and Good Documentation Practices will be provided. Key responsibilities Pre-Study activities - preparation of participant charts On-Study activities - data entry, data cleaning, and pathology management Post study close out - archiving Participant management Clinical Unit responsibilities Quality activities Requirements Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines Demonstrated competence in the personal attributes of initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Availability for a minimum of 3 working days per week, Monday to Friday Desired qualifications, competencies, and experience Previous experience in clinical trial study coordination or organization Experience in handling pathology results, taking phone calls, data entry, and archiving If you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
