We now have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Training Support Officer to join our team at the Townsville Clinical School. ABOUT THE ROLE You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of clinical training programs across our diverse range of healthcare disciplines. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the logistics of clinical placements, liaising with external partners, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Academy Executive team. As the Clinical Training Support Officer, you will be the linchpin between our academic programs and the real-world clinical environment. Your keen organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication will be instrumental in fostering seamless connections between our students, faculty, and healthcare providers. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving and administrative skills. The ideal candidate can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment and initiative. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with university staff, students, and external stakeholders. You should be able to manage complex tasks, work collaboratively within a team, and contribute to key outcomes. Proficiency in computer literacy and data entry across programs like Microsoft Suite and Adobe is also required. WHY JCU?
