Join the team Department managers at Kmart live and breathe the Kmart values and are responsible for recruiting, leading, developing, and coaching their team members. You will lead the Clothing Department team to drive sales by enhancing store presentation and visual merchandising, maximizing product availability, and enhancing the overall customer experience for your community. We are looking for Clothing Department Managers who are able to work across the following locations: Perth CBD, Kalgoorlie, East Victoria Park, Booragoon, Carousel, Innaloo, Maddington, Kardinya, Belmont, and Morley.
