Join the team We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Zone Manager to lead 8 Kmart VIC North stores & 5 Kmart TAS stores (frequent travel required) . Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the key focus of this role is to lead store teams in enhancing the Kmart shopping experience and making our stores the best place to work. What you’ll be doing To be successful in this role, you will have a drive to achieve exceptional results, an appetite for innovation and change, and the ability to execute Kmart’s strategic pillars across your remit. A passion for team development is essential, with an equal focus on your performance and the performance of your direct reports. You will focus on increasing store productivity, remuneration management, reducing the CODB, and driving sales growth.
