Collabtech's team of Collaboration Specialists is responsible for enabling our customers to collaborate globally in the most creative, effective and intuitive way. The primary role of a Collaboration Specialist is to provide services to partners on Microsoft products, including Microsoft, on a day-to-day basis. Work closely with customers in providing guidance on the effective use of our systems, products and services. Organize and install products at client sites (assembly and placement). Collaborate with other Collaboration Specialists to deliver seamless service globally for integration and deployment of technologies used in client environments. Collaboration specialists ensure that our services are balanced (business value vs. cost vs. quality) and are ultimately responsible for the services they provide. Collaboration specialists are responsible for providing site analysis, assembly and placement, integration, and user adoption services to clients, ultimately ensuring the quality adoption of collaboration technologies and meeting an effective experience. Collabtech actively measures the quality of services provided through a variety of measures, including Net Promoter Scores, Independent Quality Feedback Survey Scores, and Continuous/Repeat Business. Collaboration specialists have extensive Microsoft knowledge in the areas of conferencing and collaboration technologies, stakeholder management, and service delivery. Relationship Skills: Represent the Microsoft brand at technology events, including trade shows. Deepen client relationships, including virtual services. Build a strong network of peers with a personal communication style that builds rapport. Maintain interpersonal relationships with senior executives in matrixed, geographically dispersed organizations in cross-business discussions. Service Planning Skills: Perform services such as site survey, assembly, deployment, integration, and user adoption to deploy best-in-class solutions for technology services leveraging Microsoft's standard portfolio of Surface product lines. Direct workshops and surveys with stakeholders to understand customers' needs for technical solutions. Implement effective and efficient changes to keep Collabtech operationally ready for service lines and job requirements. In close collaboration with Collaboration Specialists, actively investigate and evaluate the feasibility of new technologies that may improve Collabtech's offerings and direction. Contribute to the global standardization of collaborative resources within the broader team, simplifying and optimizing the services provided. Presentation and Delivery Skills: Responsible for the timely and quality delivery of services within the planned budget. Manage end-to-end assigned services to ensure project quality and completion. Leverage industry lifecycle management best practices to focus on activities that meet deliverable dates for all planned service events. Collaborate with colleagues to manage the cost of all events. Understand metrics on the total cost of service delivery for all events and the results of impact on your organization. Technical knowledge and skills: Understand market trends for existing and emerging technologies, such as augmented reality and AI. Working knowledge of Surface Hub setup configuration, including technical expertise. Knowledge of using PowerShell scripts. Job Type: Full Time IT industry experience: at least 5 years.
