The Role: As a Collections Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts receivable process. Your main responsibilities will include: Proactively managing collections to minimize overdue accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments. Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner. Providing regular updates and reporting to management on outstanding debts.
