Your opportunity: As our valued Commercial Analyst, you will play a vital role supporting the Prepaid Product & Pricing team, who are responsible for the commercial performance of Vodafone Prepaid, Lebara Mobile, Kogan Mobile along with TPG & iiNet Mobile. You will make an impact by: Analysing large & complex data sets, to help identify patterns & trends that present opportunities for commercial favourable/customer-driven outcomes and optimal business approaches. Through these insights, developing concrete, data-driven recommendations that support and underpin commercial decision-making – including the representation of data trends and insights in graphical formats (Tableau/PowerBI/other) to support presentations for C suite executives/board. Supporting the development of business cases, financial modelling, and commercial analysis in relation to key projects and growth initiatives. Regularly updating stakeholders on findings and insights to provide business strategy. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve data quality and create robust analytical processes. Building tools, templates, and automated data workflows to optimise ways of working. Leveraging quantitative techniques to answer complex ad-hoc business problems. What you’ll bring: Tertiary qualified in analytics, computer science, business/economics or related discipline. 5+ years’ experience in data and analytics related role (experience in Telco and CRM related work will be highly regarded). Programming in SQL. Experience working with large, complex datasets. Visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. Ideally, you will also have: Comfort using Microsoft Powerpoint to craft presentations based on a defined narrative / storyline and key messages. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate commercial requirements into objective, logical data & insights requirements, analytical solutions, and translating solutions back to actionable business insights.
